Left Coast fitness has a dress code and a gym code of conduct which include but are not limited to the following:

Members should be accompanied by a personal trainer, expect for use of cardio equipment or Open Gym Membership.

Wear closed toe athletic shoes for working out; wear appropriate tops and bottoms.

Refrain from foul language/ clothing with offensive images and language.

Store all belongings in the cubbies by the front desk.

We respectfully prohibit cell phone use, children, and pets on the gym floor.

Food should not be consumed on the gym floor.

Re-rack weights and equipment, especially plate weights, after use.

Do not drop or slam weights or lean weights or equipment agains the mirrors.

Wipe down equipment after each use.

Put towels in the towel drop bins after use.
