Left Coast Fitness personal trainers have collectively over 125 years of experience, and are all certified (NCEP, NASM, etc.). In a field where the average lifespan of a personal trainer is six months, we are exceptionally proud of the longevity of our team. 

ongoing education

Continuing education is a standard - and expectation - at Left Coast Fitness. Every personal trainer goes through constant education and improvement through our monthly, in-house educational programs and seminars.

Adam specialized in Corrective Exercise and Athletic Performance before entering the field of Exercise Therapy, utilizing a fully integrative approach in rehabilitating people suffering from chronic pain and injury.

Andrew Haldeman

Drew specializes in corrective exercise, weight loss, and strength building. His philosophy: I help people.

bret toomey

Bret has been a strength and conditioning coach for more than ten years. He specializes in power lifting, kettlebells, and functional fitness training. If you’re looking to make working out fun, he’s got you!

Eric Summers

Eric believes in regular massage therapy as a part of one's fitness routine as it can help reduce stress (and we all need that post-Covid and while transitioning back to in person work and school), offer relaxation, decrease pain, help people move better, and even recover from heavy training better.

Natalie is very passionate about yoga and works to incorporate her love for yoga and mindfulness into her practice. She has had the pleasure to hone her skills in the various styles of yoga ranging from Vinyasa, Gentle, to Yin and Restorative.
