Yoga Classes

We are pleased to offer two opportunities to practice yoga at Left Coast Fitness.  Starting with a 200-hour program, our instructors learned everything they needed to know about all the yoga forms and postures as well as alternative modified forms, the benefits of yoga, and human anatomy and physiology. 

Combat the “yang” of building muscles by stretching and lengthening muscles in a yoga practice. We have monthly packages as well as drop-in pricing, and your first class is always free.
